Just 10 More Days!

OMG!  Just 10 more days until the 6 hour race!  I really need to start thinking about food and what items to bring.  My plan is to try to keep moving for as much of the 6 hours as possible.  That means food needs to be portable!  Hmmmmm, what should I consider taking?  Do I go with the "standard" relay items like bananas, yogurt, granola bars, Belvitas, almonds, and pickles?  Clementines would be a good choice; they're easily taken & eaten on the run.  I was considering asking your soon-to-be guest blogger, Judy, to make some of her awesome hummus, but how would that work?  I'd have to grab & go.  Oh, and I've still got BBQ on the mind; how can I incorporate pulled pork into this?????  I'll probably pack enough food for someone twice my size who's running for twice as long as I am.  Hey, a girl's gotta eat!!!!
